Trial Registration Cancellation

If you need to cancel your trial registration, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled trial date. Cancellations made within 48 hours may not be eligible for refunds.

Refund Policy

Refunds for canceled registrations will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund amount may be subject to processing fees depending on the payment method and timing of cancellation.

Event Cancellation by BCL

In the event that Big Cricket League needs to cancel or postpone an event, all registered participants will be notified via email and offered either a full refund or the option to participate in a rescheduled event.
